SQLContinuitySIM is a simple, free, tool that lets DBAS easily log data to any database at regular, specified, intervals such that they can then easily verify disaster recovery and high availability solutions to ensure that they're providing requisite continuity or up-time during disasters.
For a step-by-step overview of how to use SQLContinuitySIM (along with some examples of test-cases or practical scenarios in which you can use SQLContinuitySIM to test continuity), check out my Practical SQL Server Blog.
